Production:  Elaborated by Celler Rendé Masdéu, a small family-run winery in L'Espluga de Francoli in the Denomination of Origin Conca de Barberà, successfully specialised also in the production of Vinegar from Cabernet Sauvignon and from Chardonnay.

This is a Modena-style vinegar made of Cabernet Sauvignon and aged for 6 months in oak barrels. This bitter-sweet vinegar is ideal for its daily use in the kitchen as a dressing for salads, sauces, or carpaccios. Great for sauce-reductions at low-temperature cooking.
