Production:   A very popular Herb Liqueur (31% vol.) digestif in Catalonia made from 12 different hand-selected herbs elaborated according to the original artisanal methods and recipe used by the Benedictine Monks from the Monastery of Montserrat since more than a century ago. It is distilled in copper stills and aged in oak barrels.

 

Best served very cold at its purest as a shot or on-the-rocks.
