Production:

Organic white wine elaborated entirely of the Parellada grape variety and sourced from Finca Les Torres at 630 metres above sea level.

Fermented at 16°C in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks.

Tasting Notes:

A lively, aromatic nose of predominately mature fruit and revealing floral notes. Supple and soft-textured, balanced, with lovely peach flavours and good acidity.

Parés Baltá is a family-owned winery in the Penedès region managed by the third generation of a family of winemakers, the Cusiné family. Producers of a wide range of high-quality wines and cavas from grapes sourced exclusively from their five estates, which are spread out on a variety of soils with different climates and at different altitudes ranging from 170 to 800 metres above sea level and only 10 km from the sea.

The vineyards at Parés Baltà are cultivated in an environmentally friendly manner, and from 2011, they began applying biodynamic farming to their vineyards, working with biodynamic preparations and homoeopathic remedies, resulting in high fertility and natural pest control. All their wines are fully certified organic, and the vineyard is biodynamic.
