Serving Temperature: 8º - 10º

Production: Elaborated by Emilio Rojo, the owner and oenologist of the Celler, exclusively from grapes sourced from his own vineyard, just a little more than 1 ha of vines with an average age of about 15 years and producing low yield, growing mainly on granitic soil on a hillside in the municipal district of Arnoia (Orense). The wine has spent 16 month on its lees in stainless steel vats. Limited production.

Tasting Notes: Balanced and elegant, concentrated and at the same time subtle, velvety textured with good acidity and an excellent length.
