Marieta SIN is an alcohol-free white wine, de-alcoholised 100% Albariño, produced by Martin Codax winery, one of Rías Baixas's best-known bodegas. An innovative and refreshing wine that maintains the essence of the albariño varietal.

Production:

It is the result of a dealcoholisation process that is produced at the Martin Codax winery in specially designed facilities specially designed for its production. 

It is vinified, dealcoholised, and stored in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature until bottling.

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow coloured, clean and bright. A fruity-scented nose with a floral background and citrus notes of tangerine and stone fruit. Quite fresh on the palate, with a good balance between acidity and sugar.

Notes: Ideal with seafood, fish and mild cheeses.
