An individual and very unique Rioja white wine from Bodegas Granja Nuestra Señora de Remelluri, a fantastic blend of grapes, up to 6 different varieties, which complement one another beautifully in strength, elegance, and complexity. The vineyards are found within the municipalities of Labastida (Alava) and San Vicente de la Sonsierra (Rioja), growing on terraces of clay-calcareous soils at an altitude of 700-800 metres above sea level.

Production: 

It comes from organic farming, manual harvest. It has been fermented using indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks and wooden barrels and vats. Aged 12 months in barrels of different ages, foudres and concrete, followed by another 8 months in tank.

Tasting notes: Powerful, elegant and complex, exotic and fragrant with a marked personality to surprise anybody. Complex and subtle aromas of meaty fruit and wild herbs. Succulent with a long-flavoured finish.

Notes: Drinking well now, with the ability to develop further.
