Production:

Young white wine, unoaked, a blend of mainly white Grenache with a touch of Macabeo. It comes from selected grapes from its own vineyards planted on steep, south-facing slopes, where the grapes are exposed to the great contrast between the heat of the day and the cold nights, which gives strength and balance to the grapes.

Fermented traditionally in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine has not seen any wood.

Tasting Notes: 

Young white wine, bright and clean. Aromatic intensity with lively fruitiness, tropical fruit, and revealing white flowers as well as aromatic herbs. The palate displays plenty of fruit and good acidity, fresh and balanced. Finishing long and fresh.

Celler El Masroig is one of the most well-known wineries in the Montsant region. It dates back to 1917 and today comprises over 200 members with approximately 500 ha of vineyards on property, which makes it one of the largest cellars under the denomination of origin Montsant.
