Lo Cometa is a classic Mediterranean-style wine made from handpicked White Grenache sourced from a young vineyard in Batea within the appellation Terra Alta. This young, white, 100% Grenache has been fermented in stainless steel vats.

Lo Cometa is part of the Abanico Wines, a project developed by Rafael De Haan and Nuria Áltes, consisting of a selection of the best wineries from different DOs all over Spain. Brands created from great wines made from native grape varieties, where each wine reflects the essence of each regional character where they are coming from.

Tasting notes:

Perfumed and mineral, with aromas redolent of white fruit and spring flowers. Mouth-filling and straightforward friendly wine, with just the right acidity and a lovely herbaceous and bitter touch towards the end.

Notes: Drinks well over the next 1–2 years.
