Production:
A medium-sweet white wine, a blend of various grapes that complement one another. Mixed from different vats of Tempranillo Blanc and Malvasia, where the fermentation process is carried on till the end. The fermentation of the Sauvignon Blanc has been stopped to achieve the reduction of sugars and the freshness that brings acidity, resulting in a wine with a total balance of alcohol, sugar, and acidity.
Tasting Notes:
El Marido de Mi Amiga is a friendly, fruity white wine with fresh and silky, scented fruity flavours, moderate acidity, notes of exotic fruit, and tropical aromas, perfectly balanced and harmonious.
Notes: Best enjoyed within 1-2 years; ideal as an aperitif.
THE WINERY
Bodegas Vallobera is a family-owned winery in the village of Laguardia, in the heart of the La Rioja region. It was founded in 1990 by Javier San Pedro, a descendant of local winegrowers and the first member of his family to bottle his own wines.
