The Dardell is a white organic wine, a blend of mainly white Grenache (90%) from the finca “Les Comes d’en Bonet” with a touch of Viognier (10%) coming from the finca “Serra de Castellnou”. Fermentation in stainless steel for 25 days.

Tasting Notes: Clearly displays the typicity of the Grenache grape variety with excellent fresh fruit and aromas. Good structure and intensity, refreshing acidity, and fruit flavours to the end.

 Note: Best enjoyed now in its youth or over the next 1-2 years.

THE WINERY

Coma d’en Bonet belongs to the Fuster Amades family, a family with a long winegrowing tradition from the village of Gandesa, within the Terra Alta denomination of origin, in the province of Tarragona, south of Catalonia. Now they are farming and producing their wines organically. They work 28 ha of vines divided in different plots and growing in the characteristic clay-calcareous soil, which is very poor in organic matter. All their wines are fully certified organic by the Catalan Organic Farming Council (CCPAE).
