Vinification:

It is a blend of three aromatic varieties sourced from their own estate. Fermentation at a temperature of 14 ºC in stainless steel tanks for 20–22 days.

Tasting Notes:

A very aromatic nose packed with summer fruit, peaches, lychees, and floral notes such as jasmine, azaleas, and roses. The wine is perfectly balanced and harmonious, with a creamy smoothness, a good aromatic character, honeyed melon, and mature white fruits.

Notes: This wine is made to be enjoyed in its youth.

BODEGUES SUMARROCA

Founded in 1986, this house makes a wide range of very good, reliable, and well-priced wines. With its current 455 ha located in the beautiful Penedès region, Sumarroca is a quite sizable estate that can provide all the grapes they need to produce their wide range of wines and cavas.

From the 2018 vintage, the wine is organically farmed and has been duly certified by the authority CCPAE, the Catalan Council of Organic Production, the public watchdog responsible to the Catalan Government's Ministry of Agriculture.
