Production: 

Red Vermouth made in Reus (Tarragona) from 100% white Garnacha from DO Montsant and DO Terra Alta and aged using the solera system. Elaborated in the traditional way, following the tradition of the famous vermouths from Reus.

Macerated with 31 botanicals, of which the most representative are thyme, orange peel, vanilla, angelica, lemon peel, liquorice root, cardamom, oregano, and fennel, among others. And aged in French oak barrels, with a small part of the blend being 40-year-old wine made using the Solera System, which has been exposed to the sun to get high oxidation.

The result is a dark brown-coloured vermouth with amber highlights. Very complex and full-bodied. Elegant, dense, and very unctuous, with marked notes of its time in the solera.
