Elaboration:

Made from the finest grains, pristine water from the Cave Spring Hollow and mellowed drop-by-drop through sugared maple charcoral.

Aged in new white oak barrels, the same way it has been done for more than 150 years, where it will spend the time necessary until the master distiller determines that is ready, judging it by its aroma, quality, and especially its taste.

The result is a whiskey with an intense and sweet aroma with vanilla notes. Intense, spicy flavor with a smooth, slightly smoky character and great balance between sweetness and oak.
