Orujo, a Spanish liqueur produced mainly in the northern region of Spain, is very similar to other European distilled spirits such as marc from France and grappa from Italy.
A liquor of Coffee obtained from the distillation of the grape marcs, the solid parts of the grapes, exclusively from Albariño through the method of double steam distillation at a slow and constant rate.
Elaborated through a maceration of carefully selected coffees from Colombia, Africa and Brasil.
The result is an liqueur with an intense Chocolate brown color, great aromatic intensity and finesse, persistent aroma a toasted coffee. Soft on the palate with a pleasantly sweetness.
It is an excellent digestive to accompany the coffee, serve natural or in a frosted cup.
