Orujo, a Spanish liqueur produced mainly in the northern region of Spain, is very similar to other European distilled spirits such as marc from France and grappa from Italy.

Production:

A liquor obtained from the distillation of the grape marcs, the solid parts of the grapes, exclusively from Albariño through the method of double steam distillation at a slow and constant rate.

The result is an Orujo of great aromatic intensity and finesse, displaying aromas of apple, herbs and exotic fruits.

It is an excellent digestive to accompany the coffee; serve natural or in a frosted cup.
