Amontillado is a variety of sherry that is first aged under flor but is then exposed to oxygen, producing a sherry that is darker than a fino but lighter than an oloroso. Naturally dry.

Tasting Notes: 

The nose displays clear, nutty, and sweet aromas. Dry and round on the palate, with a marked nutty character in a long finish.

Notes: Ideal as an aperitif, with dry fruits, and to accompany hearty soups and spicy Indian meals.
