Production: Elaborated by the Cooperativa Agricola de Cadalso de los Vidrios under the supervision of Comando G, an innovating and well-known group of oenologist and wine growers from the Sierra de Gredos area.

The grapes for the Syrah monovarietal are coming from El Paraje de los Pasderos, a small vineyard of just two hectares planted with 20 years old vines growing on granitic soils at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level. The destemmed grapes ferments in concrete tank with autochthonous yeasts at controlled temperature followed by 6 months ageing in concrete.

Tasting Notes: Very clean and open, excellent freshness and fruit expression. Fresh, ripe blackcurrants and plums, slight floral notes, medium body, smooth with a silky texture, very approachable with plenty of ripe fruit and soft tannins.

Note: Best enjoyed now and over the next 3 years.
