Production: Sourced from old native vineyards ranging from 35 to 65 years old. Aged for 10 months in lightly toasted French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: 

Lovely aromas of spice box and black cherry with mineral and floral notes. Nicely balanced acidity and tannins, softness with a touch of sweet dark fruits, and earthiness. Fresh with a lively style.

 

Acústic Celler is a personal project of Albert Jané of Jané Ventura in D.O. Penedés. It all started in 2003, when he acquired some old native vineyards in the D.O. Montsant. Once more, with this project, Albert maintains his philosophy, respecting the traditional viticulture of the region and the values of the fruit, with no attempt to give pride of place to the wood, great respect to nature, avoiding excessive use of technology, and allowing the vines to express their individual characteristics.
