Serving Temperature: 16º-18º. Decant prior to serving.

Production:

The grapes are sourced from a classified vineyard that includes the areas of Camp d'en Piqué, Coll de Falset and La Baixada, totalling 12.5 ha.

Aged for 20 months in French oak foudres and bocoys. Bottled without clarification, cold stabilisation or filtration in order to preserve intact the wine's natural characteristics.

This exceptional wine is a reflection of its winemaker's passion and of the great terroir where it is produced.

Tasting Notes:

Open in the nose with a complex bouquet, good concentration of ripe cherry fruit, mineral, pomegranate skin and liquorice. Well-structured and elegant, fresh and juicy entry on the palate. Displays flavours of dark berries and spices. Fine tannins and a persistent mineral finish.
