Cèrcol is the Bodega's most personal wine, which represents the essence of the Priorat. A single-vineyard wine made exclusively from Grenache grapes grown on the Mas de Dalt-Masos finca, a small, 4-hectare plot located with a northwest exposure and at a height of around 450 metres above sea level.

Production:

The wine has aged for 12 months in used 500-litre French oak barrels, followed by another 3 years resting in bottle before their release. This wine is only made in those very special vintages. In the 2015 vintage, a total of 1108 bottles were produced.

Tasting notes:

Excellent freshness, fruit, and minerality; red cherry in liqueur, spiciness, fine tannins, full-bodied ripe fruit, deep with beautiful complexity and a clearly Mediterranean character.
