Production: 

Sospechoso is the new project of Uvas Felices elaborated with the Eguren family (San Vicente, Viñedos Páganos, and Teso la Monja).

Sourced from old Tempranillo vines from Manchuela producing low yields and from younger  Tinta de Toro vines from Toro.

It has fermented at a controlled temperature between 28 and 30ºC in stainless steel vats (75%), and in French oak barrels (25%). It has aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats, followed by another 6 months in 225-litre French and American oak barrels.
