Viticola Sileo, the newly born project led by the experienced winemaker Agustí Torelló Sibill and his son, the oenologist Agustí Torelló Roca, under this project he produces the wines within the D.O. Montsant with the winery located in the village of Cornudella.

Production:

Briefly barrel-aged red wine elaborated in the DO Montsant, a blend of autochthonous grapes sourced from selected plots from the area of Cornudella and el Pradell de la Teixeta, the cuvee has the Grenache grape as the main role player.

The wine has been fermented and aged on its lees in 300-litre French oak barrels during 8/10 months.

Tasting Notes: Clean, fresh aromas with scents of red and black mature fruits, subtly spicy with hints of smoky notes. Fresh entry on the palate, velvety texture, slightly smoky notes, and very expressive. Ripe and fresh with gently tannin and flavours of spice and liquorice.

Note: Enjoy over the next 3-4 years.
