Type: Red wine, oak-aged

Alcohol Volume: 14% vol.

Serving Temperature: 16º - 18º

A Mediterranean-style wine, a blend of the variety Monastrell and, in smaller proportions, Garnacha. The Monastrell comes from dry-farmed old vines from a selection of different vineyards of the winery.

Production:

Hand harvested. Fermentation with partly whole clusters and native yeasts. Matured in 5000-litre oak foudres for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:

Dark colour with a marked Mediterranean style. Expressive nose stands out for its freshness and fruitier character, floral notes, ripe red fruit, dry herbs and spiciness. Rich on the palate, ripe fruit, balsamic. Finishing long.

Notes: A wine with an outstanding potential longevity.
