Serving Temperature: 14º - 15 ºC

From Cara Nord's project in Montsant. Sourced from vineyards located at the Sierra of Montsant, vines aged between 35 and 45 years old, growing on red clay and chalky limestone, practising sustainable winemaking.

Production:

Fermentation at 26ºC in stainless steel vats, followed by 6 months ageing in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Nice fruity nose with scents of raspberry and blackberry, subtly spicy with hints of liquorice and smoked notes. Full-flavoured and fresh, with good acidity and dry tannins.

Notes: Best drunk within 5 years upon release.
