Production: 

Mart is a lively and fresh rosé wine, a product of the sustainability work both at the vineyard and at the winery.

Made from the native grape variety to the Penedès region, Xarel·lo vermell, from organic viticulture and manually harvested, it is followed by a cold maceration for 48 hours to obtain the best aromatic extraction and its characteristic light pink colour. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats to preserve the varietal aromas.

Tasting Notes:

Pale pink colour. The nose presents an intense aromatic range, with pronounced aromas of Mediterranean fruits and herbs and a touch of spicy pink pepper. The palate shows freshness and good fruit intensity, finishing with a slight bitterness combining with the refreshing acidity.
