Made by Toro Albalá, a winery founded in 1922 in the heart of the Cordoba countryside and one of Montilla-Moriles' most well-known producers, that has succeeded in placing its wines on the best tables around the world.

Production: 

This natural sweet wine has been obtained from sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes. Grapes are picked at their optimum degree of maturity and left to dry in the sun until they turn into raisins; afterwards, the rich must resulting from the pressing rest for less than a year in stainless steel. Bottled unfiltered.

Tasting Notes: 

Deep amber colour. Complex, fruity, dried fruits, especially raisins and figs, honeyed with good concentration, sweet flavours, and character.

Notes: Excellent at the end of a meal, with desserts, foie, or blue cheeses.
