The Hors d'Age brandy is elaborated by the well-known Miguel Torres Bodegas in the Penedès region, following the double distillation in copper pot stills of selected wines of the Parellada and Ugni Blanc varieties sourced from the higher hills of the Alt Penedès region.

Ageing takes place during long years in Limousin oak barrels (minimum six years in casks for the Hors d'Âge).

The result is an amber-coloured brandy with deep, warm aromas of marked spicy notes, vanilla, nutmeg, and dried fruits. Velvety and round, with a long and lingering aftertaste.

It can be enjoyed as an after-dinner drink or simply appreciated on its own. Recommended drinking at a temperature of 16 - 18 ºC.
