Modernity and tradition that captures the essence of Barcelona’s unique lifestyle. GinRaw is produced in small batches to ensure that every single bottle achieves the highest excellence of quality and flavors.

A unique distillation process combining the traditional systems with the latest gastronomic technique distilled at low temperature in order to preserve the botanical`s most delicate essence and freshness. The main spirit is distilled in copper stills with a careful selection of the best juniper berries, before being combined with other delicate botanicals, fresh Mediterranean like lemon citron, laurel leaves and exotic botanicals like Kaffir lime leaves, black cardamom, coriander seed which are left to macerate between 4 to 10 days.

The result is a spicy and fruity Gin. Nicely perfumed, floral flavors, cherry boson, lemon balm, angelica and juniper, citrus peel, full-bodied, elegant, smooth and pleasant. Long and pleasant aftertaste.
