A Premium Gin, Atlantic Galician gin, named after the Galicia’s fresh northerly wind, known as Nordés. Distilled slowly and quietly following traditional methods, the base spirit is distilled from the local Albariño grape variety and macerated with a selection of 12 local plants like hibiscus, liquorice, bay leaves, eucalyptus, Salicornia (a marine plant that grows at the Galician beaches), cardamom, peppermint, ginger, sage, and quinine.

The result is a fresh, elegant, soft and floral-flavoured gin.
