Production:  Palo Cortado is a rare variety of Sherry that is initially aged like an amontillado, but which subsequently develops a character closer to an oloroso.

Tasting Notes:  Dark in colour, with amber shades. It combines the delightful finesse of the amontillado on the nose, with the body of the olorosos on the palate. Dry, with concentrated aromas. Great intensity and acidity, roasted nut character. Crisp finish.

Notes:  Ideal as aperitif, with dry fruits and to accompany grilled tuna, soups and  meats.
