Alcohol Volume: 11.50 %

Serving Temperature: 7º–8ºC

Production: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Second fermentation process in bottle. Aging in Cava for a minimum of 18 months.

Tasting Notes: A clean and intense aromatic expression with notes of green apples, citrus, and hazelnuts. Fresh on the palate with plenty of fruit, quince, and nuts flavours. Carbonic is well integrated and has good acidity. Long-lasting aftertaste.

Notes: Best enjoyed over the next 1-2 years.

La Vinícola de Nulles is situated in the village of Nulles, to the south of the l'Alt Camp region in the province of Tarragona.

It was founded in 1917, but it was not until December 1919 that the construction of what is known today as the Art Nouveau Winery began and was completed in time to start operating for their first harvest of 1920.

Actually, it comprises 400 ha of vineyards, and the grapes harvested are used to produce their wines and cavas.
