The new project from Mediterranea Premium Spirits is a new concept of aperitif that is innovative and of high quality that creates its own category, a cutting-edge aperitif. It is the vision of a passionate, creative, and talented team of three professionals from the wine and distilled business: one sommelier, Sergi Figueras, and two mixologists, Javier Caballero and Marc Álvarez. From this union, Bonanto is born, a wine-based aperitif, a signature recipe with its own unique personality, a unique blend of Mediterranean herbs and roots, with selected citrus and a touch of cherry.

Notes:

Red cherry colour, of great intensity and freshness on the nose, displaying fresh Mediterranean aromas with a spicy and fruity background, rounded with a citrussy and subtly bitter finish.
