A very innovative and unique artisan Galician white vermouth made from the Albariño grape variety. A vermouth with a unique flavour and personality, crafted by the Vermutería de Galicia.

Made following a traditional and natural formula, from premium quality Albariño wine source exclusively from the vineyards of the Pazo de Arreté in Padrón, a winery in the DO Rias Baixas.

The Albariño base wine, on its lees, is macerated with a meticulous selection of local herbs and botanicals: 29 botanicals, pepper, and other local herbs such as laurel, thyme, salva, and lemon balm. macerated by hand, which is what defines the unique personality of the St. Petroni vermouth.

A vermouth with a unique flavour, fresh with citrus and floral notes. Complex structure with an intense fragrance. Balanced acidity, astringency, and sweetness.

A perfect aperitif, to be served simply neat or on the rocks with a lime twist and a green olive. Once the bottle is opened, it is recommended to keep chilled for 3 to 6 months.
