Lalume by Dominio Do Bibei is a single varietal sourced from Treixadura vines aged between 10 and 30 years in the Valley of Avia, Aronia, and Muño.

Production:

Harvested by hand, vinified separately by zones in 600-litre oak barrels, 1200-litre and 2400-litre Austrian foudres, and ovoid concrete tanks. Ageing first in 600-litre French oak barriques and 1200-litre and 2400-litre Austrian foudres of many ages. The second part takes place in 10,000 litres of stainless steel to reach natural stabilisation. Kept on its lees.

Tasting Notes: 

Aromas of white stone fruit, revealing floral notes as well as a touch of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is dense with just the right level of acidity and a soft, glyceric texture. Long and dry finish.

Notes: It is recommended to decant prior to consuming. To be drunk now and for the next 2-3 years.
