Made by Toro Albalá, a winery founded in 1922 in the heart of the Cordoba countryside and one of Montilla-Moriles' most well-known producers, it has succeeded in placing its wines on the best tables around the world.

Production: 

This young, dry white wine has been obtained from early-harvested Pedro Ximénez grapes, which are picked at the end of July to ensure optimal freshness and fruitiness.

Tasting Notes: 

Pale yellow colour. On the nose, it stands out for its aromatic intensity, freshness and youth. Notes of fresh fruit such as apple, pear and apricot with a hint of white flowers. Dry and round on the palate, smooth, and fresh, finishing with a saline touch.

Notes: Excellent to enjoy with all kinds of seafood, fish, baked white meats and rice dishes.
