Production:  Made by Toro Albalá, winery founded in 1922, in the heart of the Cordoba countryside and one of Montilla-Moriles’ well-known producer that has succeeded to place its wines on the best tables around the world.

The Electrico Fino en Rama is a “fino” wine made from 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes aged an average of 5 years in American oak casks, through the traditional “solera y criaderas” method, where barrels are stocked in different groups or tiers, known as “criaderas”.

Fino is the driest and palest of the traditional varieties of sherry. The wine is aged in barrels under a cap of Flor yeast to prevent contact with the air.

Tasting Notes:  Yellow in color, bright and clean, notes of bakery and roasted almonds, slight floral and herbal, with a salinity touch and finishing with a subtle bitterness.

Notes:  Serve cold. Ideal as an aperitif and a good match for fish, Iberic ham, salads.
