Production: 

A blend of mainly Tempranillo (locally named Ull de Llebre) and a tiny percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon, from 20-year-old vines growing on alluvial soils on sunny slopes at an altitude of 370 metres above sea level and sourced exclusively from the estate's own 34 ha of vineyards that can be found around the village of Montblanc in the province of Tarragona. 

Harvested just before the point of optimum maturity to maintain the freshness of the grapes. Fermentation at 20 oC in stainless steel vats.

The wine is now of ecological agriculture, duly certified by the authority CCPAE, the Catalan Council for Organic Production, the public watchdog responsible to the Catalan Government's Ministry of Agriculture.

Tasting Notes:  Light, fresh, and straightforward, displaying intense red fruits and floral notes, a young wine with rich flavours, good structure, and fruitiness.

Notes: It is best enjoyed in its youth over the next 1-2 years. Ideal to accompany pasta dishes, rice, vegetable dishes, and white meats.
