Kármán belongs to the range of wines produced by Bodega Gómez Cruzado under the newly created Karmanwines project. A project born with the purpose of producing young, friendly, and approachable wines of excellent quality that have the Grenache variety as the main protagonist, sourced mainly from the Alto Najerillo, a colder area with soils made up of clay and iron where the Garnacha grape finds its ideal growing conditions.

Kármán is a very approachable, fruity, and juicy red wine. Made with the utmost simplicity but using excellent-quality raw materials. The grapes come from Grenache vines growing along the valley of the river Cárdenas.

Production:

Elaborated in stainless steel vats with native yeasts, uncrushed, destemmed grapes, short maceration, and aged with its lees for 4 months in stainless steel vats.
