Production:

Lo Petit Pau is a young red wine, organically farmed and certified ecological. Produced from a blend of grapes, hand-selected and harvested at the point of optimum ripeness. Fermented in stainless steel vats. The wine was stabilised and gently filtered.

Tasting Notes: Fruity, with rich floral scents, slightly spicy and tasty.

Notes: Drink now and through the next 2–3 years.

Celler Hidalgo Albert is a young family project born in 2003. It is a small, dedicated winery that produces artisanal and high-quality wines under the supervision of the renowned Toni Coca, local oenologist, at the newly rehabilitated old farm situated in the Les Salanques estate in Poboleda, a small village located in the Natural Park of Montsant and within the highly acclaimed Priorat wine region.
