Elaborated by Celler Rendé Masdéu, a small family-run winery in L'Espluga de Francoli in the Denomination of Origin Conca de Barberà. A winery with a long tradition in the wine business, inherited from their forefathers.

The family cultivates and elaborates organic wine, especially from single varietals of indigenous varieties that are well-suited to the terroir; they are also successfully specialized in the production of bittersweet vinegar from Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay

Production:

Harvested by hand from their own vineyards with clay-limestone and licorella-based soils. Pressing of the whole grapes, fermented at a controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes:

Intense garnet-coloured wine. Clean and bright. Young and fresh, with aromas of truffle and undergrowth and slightly spicy notes. Youthful palate full of berry bruit flavours with an easy-going texture.
