El Pispa belongs to the range Vinos del Paseante, a project created for the Codorniu Group in different national designations of origin. A range of wines characterised by their freshness and modern, friendly style in both their image and elaboration. Honest wines that connect with all types of the public and have been adapted to suit the tastes of new customers.

El Pispa is a young, fresh, and friendly red wine with the personality of Montsant wines. It is a blend of black Grenache and Carignan grapes grown on calcareous-clay soil in small terraced vineyards on the slopes of the Montsant mountain range.

Vinification:

Manual harvest. Each variety is vinified separately in small stainless steel tanks and in contact with their skins, followed by a brief ageing in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting notes:

A wine that expresses the vitality and freshness of its terroir. Lively, full of flavour, and a perfect balance of ripe fruit, mineral and toasted wood hints.
