Grape Varieties: Black Grenache, Hairy Grenache, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah

Type: Red wine, oak-aged

Alcohol Content: 14% vol.

Serving Temperature: 16º - 18º

Elaborated mainly from Black Grenache and Carignan varieties sourced from selected vines over 30 years of age, together with a smaller proportion of Syrah. All of them were sourced from vineyards with different soil compositions and microclimates.

Production:

Each variety is vinified separately. Fermentation takes place between 26 and 28 ºC.

Ageing for 13 months in new and half-new French and American oak barrels, followed by another 8 months of ageing in bottle.

Tasting Notes:

Straightforward, integrated nose of fruit and oak. Palate of deep, rounded flavours and soft tannins. Finishing with good length.
