Les Sentius d'en Joan Bta. Domènech belongs to the Cims de Porrera's estate wine collection. Made by Cims de Porrera in the village agricultural cooperative of Porrera. A project involving about 20 local winegrowers, members of the cooperative that has been led since 2004 by Priorat's well-known "Cousins", Adriá y Marc Perez. Wine with a small production with a total of 287 bottles made.

Production:

Made entirely from a selection of very old Carinyena vines planted in 1950 at 600 meters in altitude.

Harvested by hand. Long ageing for 18 months in oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:

In the nose, shows intensity and complexity, with ripe red fruit wrapped in tones of Mediterranean herbs and spicy undertones. Full-bodied and elegant, with a complex range of flavours, well-integrated quality tannins, red and blackcurrant, and spices in a warm, smooth, and deliciously rich finish.

It is recommended to decant the wine one hour before serving.
