Selecció Ingrid, released in June 2023, is a very limited production. It is made exclusively from selected Grenache grapes from La Tena, old vines over 100 years old, growing on the slatey Llicorella soil at an altitude of 450 metres above sea level.

No additives are used for clarification, and fermentation takes place with the fruit's natural yeast only. Aged for 20 months in a single new French Allier barrique.

Tasting notes: Excellent concentration of aromas and flavours, dense and rich, layers of spicy black and red fruits, forest herbs, and toasted hints combined with liquorice and mineral notes add complexity and volume. Elegant style that should mature beautifully.

Notes: It is recommended to decant for a good few hours before serving. This wine has great potential for ageing, should evolve for another few years, and will gain with some time in bottle.

Clos Dominic is a small, family-run winery established in 1998 that elaborates small quantities of lovely, well-made, handcrafted wines with all their passion and perfectionist attention. Caring to always produce the best wine while remaining faithful to the terroir and their ancestors' customs, their quality, along with the authentic personality of the great Priorat wines, is what makes them successful.

They practice sustainable and minimalist viticulture, totally respecting the values of the fruit and the traditional winemaking process. They count on their best asset, which is "La Tena", a sloped 7 ha vineyard with an age range of 64 to 100 years and one of the best plots in the Priorat, located in the municipal district of Porrera at an altitude of 430 meters.
