Vinification:

Blau is made from a selection of the best vineyards, a blend of the varieties of Grenache, Carignan, and Syrah grapes grown in the hills of Montsant in various vineyards that have various soil types, altitudes, and microclimates. It spent 4 months in oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Lively spiced, red-fruit-scented nose. Medium-bodied, with great depth, ripe fruit, and spicy flavours with a long, fresh, complex, and slightly mineral finish.
