Kármán belongs to the range of wines produced by Bodega Gómez Cruzado under the newly created Karmanwines project. A project born with the purpose of producing young, friendly, and approachable wines of excellent quality that have the Grenache variety as the main protagonist, sourced mainly from the Alto Najerillo, a colder area with soils made up of clay and iron where the Garnacha grape finds its ideal growing conditions.

Kármán Clarete is a young rosé wine that is fresh, fruity, and juicy and presents a modern and appealing style. A blend of 70% Viura and 30% Black Grenache, it is made in a traditional way using excellent-quality grapes from a single plot, "Cerro el Calvario", in the municipality of Cordovín.

Production: 

Elaborated through direct pressing in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. Fermented at a low temperature, followed by 3 months of ageing with its lees.
