Production: 

A Mediterranean-inspired wine that combines terroir, grape varietals, and vines. The fruit comes from ten different vineyards in the Baix Penedès (Tarragona) region, both owned and selected from various local growers.

Hand harvested. Cold maceration. Fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17 ºC. It rests for 5 months in vats with its lees.

Tasting Notes: 

Fragrant aromas, predominantly strawberry and raspberry, floral notes, and a touch of anise. Round and rich, displaying good refreshing acidity and a delicious, long, flavorful finish.

Jané Ventura has been a family-run operation in the village of el Vendrell since 1914. The vineyards are in the Baix Penedès region, north of Tarragona, on small plots between the sea and the mountains. The Bodega is actually run by the last generation, Gerard Jané, who brings his experience and joyful passion to the family business passed on to him. He now produces a wide range of wines and cava, all of which are characterised by their approachability and charm.
