Young rose wine, a single varietal of Tempranillo by Bodega Otazu from the DO Navarra.

Production: 

Made according to the traditional bleeding method to preserve the personality and uniqueness of the variety.

It goes through a brief cold maceration with the skins. Clarified by gravity and fermented for two weeks at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. Finally, it rests for a month on its lees in tanks to acquire volume and varietal character.

A pale pink wine, clean and bright, pure varietal, young and juicy. Notes of red fruit and citrics. Fresh on the palate, with lively acidity and a slight bitter touch on the finish.
