The wine is a blend of primarily Malvasía grapes, with a small proportion of Viura. Produced by Rafael Cambra, a small producer and winemaker, as part of his personal project. The winery and vineyards are located in the interior of the province of Valencia, in the small village of Fontanars dels Alforins, where he works his vineyards with minimal intervention and the utmost respect for the environment.

Production:

The grapes are sourced from the L'Altet de Torró estate, a 3-hectare estate of terraced vineyards located in Fontanals de Alforins. The vines are an average of 40 years old, growing on clay-limestone soils at an altitude of 700 metres above sea level.

Direct and gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in small steel tanks with its on lees.

Tasting Notes: 

A fresh and cool style, floral wine. Scented notes of green and peach fruit aroma, accompanied by a marked standout floral intensity. On the palate, it shows freshness and balance with a creamy texture and good aromatic intensity.
