Production: 

A very popular herb liqueur (31% vol.) digestif in Catalonia, made from 12 different hand-selected herbs elaborated according to the original artisanal methods and recipe used by the Benedictine Monks from the Monastery of Montserrat more than a century ago. It is distilled in copper stills and aged in oak barrels.

 

Best served very cold, at its purest, as a shot or on the rocks.
